Legal information: The fine print General This website (ericrivelsrud.no and/or ericrivelsrud.com) is owned and operated by Eric Rivelsrud and affiliated companies/partners. By using the site, you accept these terms. Services and content The website presents keynotes, leadership development, advisory services and related content. Information is provided in good faith and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice. Booking and payment Bookings are agreed in writing by email. Agreements typically include price, date and venue, payment terms, and cancellation procedures. Cancellation and refunds Cancellations less than 14 days before the agreed keynote are invoiced in full. In case of illness or force majeure for either party, a new date will be agreed. Refunds are only given if agreed in writing. No-show without notice is invoiced in full. Limitation of liability We strive for high quality, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Use of any advice and methods is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, errors, or temporary downtime. Privacy – what we (do not) collect There is no login, no user accounts, and no on-site forms. If you email us, we process the information you provide (e.g., name, email, phone, company and message) to respond and follow up on booking. The legal basis is legitimate interest or contract, depending on the inquiry. Cookies and analytics We use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag for aggregated statistics to understand traffic and improve content and user experience. Legal basis is consent. You choose this in our cookie banner. Google Consent Mode v2 is enabled. Google respects your choices for analytics and marketing. IP anonymization is enabled in Google Analytics. We do not link names, emails or other personal data from email correspondence to Analytics data, and we do not use user IDs. Google Signals and advertising features are, by default, turned off. If enabled later, we will request separate consent. GA4 event data is typically retained for up to 14 months. Your cookie choices On your first visit you can accept all, only necessary, or customize cookies. You can change your choice at any time in your browser settings or by deleting cookies. Some features may be limited without analytics consent. Data processors and transfers We use the following providers for operations and data handling: Wix (site hosting and publishing) Google (Google Analytics and email) Invoicing service (Tripletex or similar) A scheduling/booking tool (e.g., Calendly) if used These providers process data on our behalf under agreement. In some cases, data may be processed outside the EEA based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Photos and video from events Photos or video may be taken at keynotes and events. We aim to avoid publishing images where individuals are clearly identifiable without consent. Please inform the organizer in advance if you do not wish to be photographed. Contact us if you want an image removed from this website. Intellectual property All content on the website (text, images, graphics, video, logos, etc.) belongs to Eric Rivelsrud or partners. Copying or other use is not permitted without written permission. Your rights You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time via the banner or your browser. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Security We work to protect the information we process. However, no solution can guarantee 100% security. If you notice anything unusual, please let us know. Changes We may update this text when needed. The updated version will be published here with a new date. Governing law and venue These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be sought resolved amicably. If necessary, the venue is Oslo District Court.
